Default Filed Request for Trial De Novo, but Showing As "Case Closed"

My question involves traffic court in the State of: California

I had a trial by declaration, but I lost. The Form TR-215 was signed by the judicial officer on December 21, 2010. However, the top of the form says the decision was entered on January 25, 2011. The clerk's certificate of mail also says January 25, 2011. Anyhow, I filed my TR-220 on February 8, 2011. I have not heard anything via regular mail, but when I checked the court's website today, it shows the status of my case as "Case Closed."

Does this mean they haven't processed my trial de novo request yet?

    Thanks for any suggestions!

It sounds like either for some reason they didn't process it, or it was either processed incorrectly or rejected for some reason. Check the court file or with the court clerk.
