My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

There's a crazy tenant who always yells at me when in need of repair and always very mean. this tenant houses mean and unruly people in the unit and there's more than the allowed people in the unit. Can anyone help me as to what I can do? maybe evict this "nut" the tenant paye the rent on time!!!

Are you the landlord? You seem to be, but your post is more ranty than informative, so it's difficult to tell.

If you are the landlord, and the lease specifies X number of people may live there, but there are more than X, you may evict the tenant on the grounds of breach of lease.
