First Time Drug Paraphernalia Charge in Arizona

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Az

My vehicle got searched due to a minor traffic stop, the officers found a "one-hitter" marijuana pipe underneath my passenger seat that honestly was NOT mine. I do not even smoke marijuana. However i got charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. This is my very first offense, with a spotless record.

Should i fight the charge, defending the fact that it was Not mine.?? Im curious to know what, if anything, that i can to do possibly get the minimal punishment out of this? what am i looking at for punishment?? Help

What do you think your chances are of establishing that you had no idea that the paraphernalia was in your car? Is somebody who you allowed to borrow your car going to step up and admit that it was theirs?

Well i dont know i guess, only my word against theirs?? And i am a contractor and have many employees in and out of my vehicle all the time, guarunteed none of them would own up to it, if it even was them, for fear of losing there job. And noone has ever borrowed my car or even had any drugs in my vehicle, to my knowledge?? what is your best advice????
