    Default Mediation Validity

My question involves business law in the state of: Montana

If a group goes into mediation to take over a business but one member of the group does not agree with the terms and does not sign the contract is that contract legally binding?

Maybe. It will depend upon the full facts, what you mean by a "group", and the contractual relationship between the members of the "group".
