My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Louisiana.

I've found 3 errors on my speeding ticket since it being issued. They all are relatively minor errors and I understand that they could be corrected in court, however, I was thinking that maybe because of the amount of errors I might be able to have it lowered to a Non-moving violation and kept off my record. Here are the errors that I found:

Driver's License #, There's a 3 instead of an 8 on the 3rd digit.
License Plate, There's a D instead of a O on the 2nd digit.
My phone number, There's a 4 instead of a 7 in the number.

The first two the officer could've obviously read those off my license and registration. The last one I obviously had to give him and he copied it wrong. Are these enough to possibly go to court to see about getting it reduced? The violation was for a 58 in a 45.

The only other circumstance that happened that night (and the reason I was speeding), was a malfunctioning traffic light. I doubt the officer saw this, however, I do know the person that was directly in front of me at the light and he could attest to this. The light changed 4 times on the main road, and while the traffic continued to backup on the road I was on, the light for us never went green despite 4 red lights for the main road.
