Legality of Minor Living with an Unrelated Adult

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Nevada

Is it legal for a minor to live with an unrelated adult with parental consent?
Would it be legal if the parents transferred guardianship to that person?
Would it be legal if the minor became emancipated?
As far as emancipation goes, one of the requirements is being able to financially support yourself. If the minor is living with a roommate, but is still able to stay afloat, does that count as being able to financially support themselves?

The age of the minor is 16, and the adult is 19.
