Being Charged with Driving While License Suspended and Careless Driving

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Michigan

Last night my girlfriend and I got into an argument, I drove her car through the Meijer parking lot because she was crying and could not see. The cops never saw me in this act but an employee told the police that I was in fact behind the wheel. But never seen me on a public road

Can they charge me with careless driving since that's what the employee said and can they also charge me with d.w.l.s? I was never issued a ticket either.

I do have another charged to add to those, domestic violence. That's an entirely different subject but I'm worried about the other two charges.

You certainly can be charged. The testimony of the witnesses is just as good as the police seeing you. If you're charged, get a lawyer immediately (hopefully you have one already, DV charges are nothing to sneeze at). The Michigan statutes just say "driving a vehicle." There's no exemption for not being on the highway. Don't get behind the wheel and stop making your girlfriend cry.
