Attorney Withdrew from Divorce Case

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Georgia

My attorney withdrew so now I am on my own. I have to file a Motion for Discovery. Are there any sites that offer forms? I also have to request a Parental Fitness Evaluation from the judge. Any thoughts on how to do that?

You can check the county law library or an area law school library to see if they have a Georgia practitioner's guide for family law, as such a guide will normally include sample and model forms.

Your attorney withdrew over payment issues?

My attorney withdrew because she thought she couldn't properly represent me.

The Defendant is guilty of cruel treatment towards the Plaintiff as set forth in O.C.G.A. §19-5-3(10).
The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken as set forth in O.C.G.A.
§l9-5-3(13).

I would like to amend the Petition for divorce to include Habitual Drug Use also. Can I just use the original complaint as a guideline?
