    Default Who pays health insurance?

    My company provides paid health insurance to employees. While I am off work, due to a workmans compensation claim while injured on the job, who is responible to pay the premiums on the heatlh insurance according to Pennsylvania state law?

    A quick review suggests that if you go on worker's compensation leave for a sufficient amount of time that your health benefits would lapse, you would pay to continue them through COBRA. You may wish to try to get a certain answer through the Pennsylvania Bureau of Worker's Compensation.
