Older Brother Trying to Take Care of Brothers

My question involves paternity law for the State of: new jersey
I'm trying to move out of my house with my younger brother and sister our house is getting foreclosed and i don't know what is going on with my father lately i been working and paying as many bills as i can and this been going on for a while i was wondering if there's any way i can leave with my brother and sister but still get some kind of money from my father because i cant pay for it my self or is there any way we can stop the foreclose on the house theirs 3 grown men in my house my da uncle and grandfather my uncle is bumming off of us and i don't know bout my father his acting like his 18 going out partying and drinking i am 19 working going to school and cant take it so is there anything i can do to leave my house with my bro and sis and still get some king of money from my father my siblings already see me as there father i buy them everything clothes food etc..

I doubt that there is a way to avoid foreclosure without paying all delinquent payments, late fees, etc., to the lender.

You could in theory obtain child support if a court appointed you guardian of your siblings, but I don't think that's realistic under these facts - you don't have your own, stable residence, you don't appear to have the financial means to support yourself in such a household, and you are only 18. Also it's not clear that your father would cooperate with paying support.
