Default Re: I'm being sued by TERI over a private loan
I am a bit confused here. Do the TERI loans have an agreement w/ the Secretary? Can TERI loans be discharged in bankruptcy if there was a judgment for them? Thanks.

They have an agreement. Their loans cannot ordinarily be discharged.

Default Re: Are TERI loans dischargeable in bankruptcy
Thanks. Is there anyway to avoid repayment? These TERI loans were primary reason I filed BR/ch7 under old law. Have j-ment of nearly $16 k!! My BR atty told me BR would wipe out j-ment. I had told him it was for TERI loans! Now he is saying of course they wouldn't be discharged b/c they are student loans. I am ready to file a bar complaint against him. I just got back on my feet and cannot afford garnishment heaven forbid all over again. Last go around they took $800 per month!! Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.
