Recieved Summons Over Credit Card Debt

it took some understanding and research as to what the interrogs were about, but I did send correspondence acknowledging the debt and a settle offer....didn't want to anwer in the beginning because, I thought it was a trap of some sort, especially since I didn't have counsel.

I also need help with this kind of situation! I have some creditors that are coming after me and I don't know anything about this debt! I sent a fax stating that I would like them to send proof that these are my accounts and they won't do it! I've been through 4 lawyers and no one wants to do anything about it! They just keep saying go bankrupt. I do not want to do that if these are not mine! I just want proof! One has sent a summons and my previous lawyer did answer it for me. Can I send THEM interogatories? HELP!!
