    Default Failure to Appear at a Hearing for a Restraining Order

    What would happen if a person, who has filed a restraining order, and is sumoned to appear in court along with the person that the restraint was filed against doesn't appear in court? State: Missouri

    If the purpose of the hearing is to determine whether or not the restraining order should have been issued, failure to appear could result in the order being revoked.
