by the way - if he did not - he can defend himself - with the right guidance, right knowledge! Alot of those guys dont even know that!! They themselves have the right to call witnesses - they can show evidence, on thier own behalf! They have the right to represent themselves!! LOL I did not even know this, until now. They can be sent all of the proper forms, information, and even be told how to do it, how it should be filled out properly........! I dont need a power of attorney! I need a consent, for a few records!! All that has to do be done really is very simple. I already have most of what I need, except for a hospital record. His garnishment of wages are already in my position. The company he worked for is ready to be called into court if need be. He worked for them for 15 - 16 years. I did not have to hire this attorney - my boss's have them. I guess, i just had to ask!! They say - ask and you shall recieve.

I have not read this thread!! I cant believe it!! I just went to look up my fiance - and he went befor the judge, and was sentenced!! His bond went from 3000.00 to 600.00!!! Amazing!! Unreal!! OMG IS GOOD!!!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!! No lawyers, nothing!!! OMG!!!! I cant wait to hear this!! Which will be next week! 600.00 - No Problem!!!! God truly is my Lawyer!!!!! I am not lying here!! God heard my prayers!!! The word says - If God is for you - who can stand against you!!?????
