    Default Is Emancipation the Answer

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Massachusetts

Hello there, I am 16 years old and I believe getting emancipated is the answer to my questions. In the past few years I've been moving back and forth from my brother's and mother's homes and I still haven't found whats right for me. A while ago my girlfriend's grandmother told me about emancipation and i thought to my self...maybe im just better on my own.
I have thought about all the possible things i would need and added up the cost. Unfortunately is a lot of money but, I am able to afford it. Yes, I'm still attending high school and its not a problem at all. I have thought about this many times and even asked for opinions, at the end of the day I still believe is the best thing to do.
I have choosen this because i want to build a better relationship with my mom. Yes i know, that doesnt make sense but my mom and I are two different people, its like trying to connect the same sides of a magnet. We love each other very much and respect each other very well but, we just cant be living in the same house.
I joined this because I need some help in getting this process done and over with. Also, someone might have the words and power to save me from doing a big mistake. Please tell me if I have a good enough reason to do what I want to do and if i dont then maybe tell me what I should do. Thank You!

So you are already living outside of the home, paying your own rent, utilities, health insurance, food, clothing, etc.?

Emancipation isn't for teens who don't like living at home.

No I'm not, I am living at home but, pay rent, my utilities, clothing, and pay for half the groceries. I have health insurance and i worry about making my appointments and getting to them. It's not that i dont like living at home, but why stay if I could do it on my own.

    I'll try again

Are you able to prove to the court that you can pay full market rent and ALL of the utilities etc?

What kind of work do you do to enable that?
