    If you go to a more interested lawyer and are so inclined, you can find out if you can compel the sale despite the seller's apparent breach through an action for "specific performance".

    hi aaron, i talked with a couple of lawyers and they all said that he has 5 days to cancel the contract because of the attorney review clause and there isnt anything that can be done. thanks for your help, nick.
