    Default Satisfaction of Judgement

My question involves small claims court in the state of: Arizona

How long does a judgment holder have to satisfy a judgment after the debt has been paid?

I was issued a Satisfaction of Judgement on 12/14/10 but the attorney has failed to file with the courts. What recourse do I have?

What do you mean, "I was issued a Satisfaction of Judgement" - if you have the signed original, why don't you file it?

If you mean something else, you can bring a motion with the court and affix what I guess would be the copy of the satisfaction of judgment that was issued to you, asking that the court enter an order recognizing the judgment as satisfied.
