    Default Child Custody Plan

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: FL

Married for 13yrs. One child 9yrs old. I would like 7 days on 7 days off with child. We will be living about 10 miles from each other. Son will still be at his same school. Ex wants M,T,W (1st week) M,T,W,Thr (week 2). Her lawyer is trying to give me our son every weekend. Ex. is off on Tues and Wed from work. Her off days can change. I'm off every weekend. Sometimes I work OT on weekend.

How can I argue that the 7 days on 7 days off is best for the child? I'm acting as Pro-Sa. Thank you

    Default Re: Child Custody Plan

It may be impossible to convince a judge that 7/7 is a good schedule if Mom doesn't agree even though it can be better for the child than 3/4/3/4 or 3/4/4/3.

What are your reasons for wanting week on/week off?
