My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Colorado
I have a signed contract with a contractor to build a barn on my property. I foolishly gave him the money for the materials (about $5,000). This was back in September of 2010 that I signed the contract with him, and it's been one excuse after another for why the barn STILL isn't built. What is my legal recourse for this? I just want my money back and to be done, since it doesn't seem like he's going to be building this barn for me. He wont' return my phone calls, texts, e-mails, etc. HELP!![]()
