Default Got Charged with Laying Drags in Georgia

My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of:georgia
i was parked on the side of the road at a local store, when i left i did a u-turn. i get to the redlight and notice a cop behind me, so i figured id mess w/ him so when the light turned green i floored it to 25 and let off. i get pulled over and the cop states i was pulled over for speeding through the intersection, i calmly reply that i was aware that accelerating isnt illegal in georgia and he paused for a few seconds and then claims i was laying drag when i did my u-turn and that smoke was boiling off my tires. i told him i couldn't have because my car isnt capable of doing that its a bone-stock 5.0 88 t-bird auto. he must have seen my exhaust cause i have dual exhaust thats angled out right behind my tires. he didn't wanna hear it and gave me a warning for an improper start and charged me with laying drag. the roads were dry and it was cold that morning. i was wondering how yall thought it would hold up in court. i know i didnt do anything illegal and was wondering if i could be charged w/ something i didnt get pulled over for?

You mess with a cop, a cop messes back, and look who comes out the winner? I've heard this song before.

If you believe you can overcome the officer's testimony with expert witnesses who can testify that it's impossible for your T-Bird to have smoke blow off of its tires in a U-Turn, request a trial, hire your experts and present their testimony.

well I know I didn't burn my tires cause there wasn't any rubber on the road. But I have had people tell me my exhaust looks like tire smoke, so I'm thinking that's what he saw cause it was cold that morning.
