Subpoena Duces Tecum for a Deposition

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Delaware. I received the documents from a county sheriff titled "Subpoena Duces for Deposition" from a county judge. This is regarding the foreclosure of my property. I abandoned the property three years ago. They are still going after me for the differences. I don't have any money for attorney. In addition, I am no longer living in the state. Therefore, I don't have money to go back to answer the case. Can I just ignore the case and let the judgment be entered against me? Do I go to jail for ignoring this? I am truly don't have the money and the free legal aid stated "since I don't live in the state they cannot help me." Please....please advise....

If you ignore a subpoena, it's possible to have a bench warrant issued for your arrest and/or to be held in contempt of court and/or to be sanctioned by the court through which the subpoena was issued.

Wait a minute. If you are in another state from the court, they can't do anything to you. You must file an objection to the court's jurisdiction. They have no personal jurisdiction and can't do anything to you.
There is no such thing as extradition in a civil case. They can't do anything if they can't find you within the state. The plaintiff will have to track you down and try again after filing their judgment in your county of residence.
