Child Support Fraud

My question involves child support in the State of: nova scotia canada

Hi my name is larry and I have a 16 year old son who currently lives in a different province with his mother who took him there without my consent first of all, and a 20 year old daughter soon to be 21 who is living on her own on social assistance with her boyfriend having her first child this april. she has not lived with her mother in 2 years and has lived in this province near me since 2009 but yet her mother is still receiving child support for her and leaving me nothing on my paycheck to help me take care of my new wife and family. this is very hard for me. i have a member of parliment at this time looking into the matter to have the 20 year old removed from the maintenance order but i was just wondering if we would have a case of fraud here as the mother has been receiving all this money and the 20 year old has not seen any of the money
