    Default Repossession in Georgia

    My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Georgia. I just wanted to know if I made a partial payment on my account can they still repo my car.. I also received a letter saying I had to a certain day to make a payment but my account manager keep saying I got to make one before the date that's on the letter I received... What am I suppose to do....

    Yep. Partial payment MAY stop repossession if you make arrangements with your lender, but it's no guarantee.
