Lost Ticket

My question involves a traffic accident in the State of: Washington
I got in an accident in bellevue (no injuries, only damage to my car). I received a ticket for about 150 bucks but in the processess getting my car off the freeway in the rain storm I lost the ticket. According to RULE IRLJ 2.2 The officer has 5 days to file this ticket, it has been 15 days and there is still no record of my ticket in the court system. So i think I have a case to get the ticket dropped. How the heck do I get a copy of the ticket so I can file a request for discover.

Why do you think you need to conduct discovery if you believe you have a basis to succeed with a motion to dismiss?

Why do you need a copy of the ticket? I assumed from your story that you were saying the officer or court lost the ticket; you lost your copy as well?
