If you could show me statics or percentage rate of inmate after completing a drug program while incarcerated that go back to their previous criminal activity.

Go to the site www.doj.gov and they have that information listed for you. I will tell you though from my own research on the subject that the percentage is high, recidivisum for drug users is the highest crime return of all criminal acitivites. Why do you ask?
