Getting DUI Record Sealed

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida


i was falsely convicted of dui over 5 yrs ago. we don't have espungment for DUI in this state. i would like to get my record sealed. i have endured excessive punishment,
and don't want to be punished for the rest of my life. i have attend non mandated rehab. i have done 3 yrs of excessive supervision. ( where i badgered)
i have been isolated from family and social interaction due to driving restrictions.
it has caused me to have panic disorder
i am looking forward to moving on with my life, without this haunting me forever.

Short of a pardon or some unlikely court action that reverses your conviction, you're going to have to live with it.
