Spouse Mistreatment

My question involves a marriage in the state of:california.....

And i need help from anybody regarding this matter,i have been married to a us citizen for the past 1yr and i am almost through with my conditional green card,but now its almost come to a stage where my spouse is mistreating me all the time,partly because i have not been able to find employment and because am living of her,she continously abuses me and sometimes even slaps me and this has happened few times,its not that i dont know to deal with her,but the moment i start to retaliate she immediately goes am going to send you back to your country,and keeps on threatening me,so i have no choice but to put up with her.Everything is a complaint for her,this is wrong ..that is wrong,dont do that...dont do this...am fed up and i feel so bad that i cant do anything about this.Because if i go for her ,i might finish her off cause of the rage that i have inside me for the past 1 yr,but then not only will i loose my conditional green card but also will end up in jail and for this woman in jail.....no way...

Hope somebody can give me some help regarding this...cummon guys help me out...
