Speeding, 26+ in Kentucky

I got a speeding ticket in kentucky, going 100 in 70. can someone tell me what will happen? if anyone have gotten a ticket like this, please help me, i dont want to go to jail or get a suspension, i dont mind the money i have to pay as a fine. TBH, i have learned my lesson, and im never gonna speed again. Please, someone help me.

Jail time I do not believe is an option if you're just charged with simple speeding. The fine is not too onerous ($100 but their probably will be a lot of "costs" added). However, you're going to see a 90 day suspension unless you have some really good lawyer who can see some holes in this case.

Do not know Kentucky law but suffice to say that all speed laws in the country are invented values, and under controlling federal law challengeable. The value posted is invented, the shall not exceed threshold is invented and its authority was repealed by Congress in 1995, the 26 plus enhancement is an invented value over an invented number and threshold, thus the probable cause for this traffic stop is invented if all its foundations are invented.

A speed limit sign is a federal device and the exercise of state laws and police powers thereof regarding them are also subject to condition precedents of federal laws.

Otherwise find local traffic lawyer because in many jurisdictions and states they have means to plea bargain, procedurally reduce charges or arrange for traffic school which equates to a per se dollars question. If you have a lot of citations or your job requires extensive travel, then you should consider fighting whenever you can.
