Arrow Can't afford car
My daughter was recently divorced and got the car in the divorce because she needed a vehicle for work. She can't afford the payments anymore and the finance company is not willing to work with her on refinancing to reduce the payment. She doesn't know what to do she even tried to trade it off but was upsidedown on the loan and couldn't get approval. Her ex also did about $3000.00 in damages to the vehicle. Any suggestions, what about letting it go back to the finance company or getting it repossed?
Please Help!!!!!

Is her ex- also on the loan? If so, he would have an incentive to help her out, as a repossession would also go on his credit.
