    Default Second Restatement of Declaration of Trust

    My question involves estate planning in the state of: CA
    My wife is a beneficiary to a revocable trust the trustor has died, and we recived this document "declaration of trust" it looks like the new trustee her children do not want to sell the assets, and we have not recieved the list of assets so what do you think should i speak to a lawyer? Any help??

    We don't have enough information to suggest an approach, so nobody here's going to tell you not to consult a lawyer.
