My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: WI
I allowed my condo to be foreclosed in October of 2010 after 2 denied short sales by Bank of America. I did not pay into the escrow account at all in 2010. While the foreclosure went thorugh in October I just received my 2010 property tax bill for the foreclosed property. Am I responsbile for these taxes? What are the consequences of not paying this inflated amount? Thank you.
