JUST WANTED TO UPDATE EVERYONE WHO COMMENTED...........well this issue was really eating away at me and I spent my rent money to pay for a dna test. P is the bio dad to my child ....it seems like im the only one shocked. I haven't told anyone yet but P has been spending alot of time with my child and wants to be put on the birth certificate. What forms would he fill out to get that case seen in court i know he has to establish paternity but specifically wat forms

And while im on my soapbox I would like to add how crappy the local justice system is. I mean I'm trying to fix things and Im not getting any help I know I have to go through juvenille court but they refuse to tell me what form I need to fill out to even be seen in court. They keep telling me to get a private attorney and also pay an $105 filing fee.............I guess justice is only for the rich. *steps off soap box*

not sure about your state saying that up front, does your court have a deferrel packet? What that is, is a packet you fill out with all your information how much you make a month your bills every month and such then they can allow "you" to not pay the filling fee at that time you will get a letter about 4 months later and you start to make payments OR go back to court file another packet saying you don't have it and never will they will look at it and aprove for you to never pay the filling fee or set you up with a payment plan.. they have this in Arizona it would be something to look into at your court in your state to see if they have it, good luck
