Default Federal investigator threatning jail after repo
Federal investigator threatning jail after repo? Lost job, car was repo-ed, federal investigator has been calling my parents, sister, neighbors threatning jail time. is this legal? what can i do legally before talking to a Federal investigator?

Take a deep breath and relax. The person that is contacting you is not a Federal investigator unless you have other issues bigger then getting your vehicle repossessed. First a Federal Investigator would never contact you about an auto loan unless your using it in the commencement of a Federal Crime. It is against the law to represent yourself as any form of law inforcement and in addition it is against the law to make threats. What you should do is contact the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and file a complaint.
