My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: CA
Due to hard economic times I am behind on my mortgage and I suspect that I will be getting my manufactured home repossessed. I have been able to stay current with the lot rent so thats not a problem. I also understand that I would need to be given a 45 notice of default. My question is how long after the 45 is up will I be evicted? Or due I have to be out of the house by the time the 45 days is up?
