Default Tenant's Guest Hit Other Tenants Car

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

Tenant #1 has guest come over and park in tenant #2's spot. Guest moves to leave at 4:30 in the am to find himself parked in by tenant #2. Guest honks horn but no one comes down. Guest leaves and in leaving swipes car of tenant #2. Police are called but tenant #1 does not answer her door.

Who is responsible for the damages?

Default Re: Tenants Guest Swipes Other Tenants Car

whoever was in control of the moving car when it hit the parked car.
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
