Default Payments on a Car Recovered After Repossession
My vehicle was repossessed, I paid $2000.00 to get it back. I was told by "Drive Time" that it has been charged off. On my credit report it will show paying and that status would remain.

DT Credit Corp demands the Car Note amount of $438.00 a month until the balance is paid. The Credit Report will reflect paid.

My question is do I have to pay the entire $438.00 as stated in my Contract Prior to the REPO and the charge off. I've been sending a minimum of $200.00 Can they repo the car again, if I dont pay the full Note Payment?

If you don't make your payments as required by your loan contract, your lender can repossess.
