    Default Turning in a Debtor

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: California

I know of someone who has multiple judgments against them totaling nearly 75k. For various reasons I have a certain distaste for this person. I also have intimate knowledge of this persons finances (of which he could easily afford to pay his debts, but chooses not too)

probably going to get a lot of flak for this, but what recourse can I take to alert the debt owners of this persons financial where-abouts?

wouldnt mind making a little something off it, but really not necessary.

Why would you think the owners of the debt can't find this person?

I guess I should have spelled things out a little better, but basically its relating to a previous business venture. And they do know where hes at, but they dont know where his finances are. Nor do they know he even has any money.

a lot of what I want to do stems from his wanton disregard for the law & his obligation to debts.

If they cared enough, they could find out. Promise.
