Mistakes on Case Report for Leaving the Scene of Accident of Unattended Vehicle

My question involves a traffic accident in the State of: Alabama

I was charged with a class A misdemeanor for leaving the scene of the accident involving an unattended vehicle. I got an attorney/family friend to handle the case, who after some talking with the judge/prosecutor got the case dismissed. I was given the case accident report and found major discrepencies on the record. It says that I plead guilty and the case was dismissed, v.s. I had actually plead not guilty during my first court appearance. In addition a lot of my contact info, and even middle name are spelled wrong. Is this matter something worth pursuing? It does say that my case is dismissed, but will the plea being recorded as guilty affect me negatively.
