What Are the Timeframes for Repossession of Manufactured Home and Eviction

My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: CA
I own a manufactured home in a mobile home park in California. I understand that the lender must give me 45 days notice of default due to lack of payments. What are the procedures. Once I get the 45 day notice do I have to vacate immediately or am I given time to move out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The notice period is exactly that - a notice period before further action may be taken.
