No Disposition on Background Check for a Dismissed Case

My question involves a background check in the State of: South Carolina
I just found a great job and they really want to hire me, but when they ran my background check, it didn't show a disposition for a case that was dismissed. This really upsets me because this company is really inpressed with me and as I said, the case was dismissed. What do I need to do?

Get the paperwork from the court and explain the outcome to the job and hope for the best.
