Default Can I Claim My Medical Bill to My Auto Insurance Company

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: ND

    Hi there

I have a newbie question. During a snowy day, I slipped while I was trying to get into my car in a hurry on my driveway. It hurt my back and I am in pain for a few days. Since I don't have a job now and no medical coverage, can I claim my medical bill to my auto insurance company? I think the answer is no, but just asking.

It sounds like you need to contact your homeowners insurance.

I will try. Love this site. But I notice that most people who reply may not be a lawyer. I am not a lawyer too.... But they are good advise anyway. More phone calls tomorrow... Thanks again.
