    Default Information on Quiet Enjoyment

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Nevada.
Do the same quiet enjoyment principals apply nation wide or does it vary by state and is it actually a law or something that is just usually defined in rental/lease agreements?

Default Re: Information on Quiet Enjoyment

The principle is essentially uniform nationwide, but specifics are spelled out in state statutes. Quiet enjoyment refers to the right of a tenant to enjoy the use of his/her home without interference, and is not limited to simply a noise free space. It means that your landlord cannot come tromping through your residence whenever s/he pleases.
