In some jurisdictions, yes ... in others, no.

Where I work and live you CAN find out about the bench warrants, but you aren't likely to find out about warrants sought for a particular criminal case that has not yet gone to arraignment or beyond.

Michigan makes an increasing amount of information available to the public for free, but to the best of my knowledge not yet full criminal records or warrant information.
