Default Physical therapy coverage and worker's comp

I have a friend who was hit in her car twice in 10 days, while on the job recently.
She was out of work about 3 weeks... workmans comp kicked in... she had back injuries and is now back to work, light duty, but has physical therapy appt.'s a couple times a week (a couple hours each time).
My question is: is this "workman's comp" time, or can the employeer make her make up these hours?!?
    Thanks....

    Default

    Well...

The question is should my friend be needing to make up regular time at work for time she misses for these physical therapy appt.'s (that she has to go to due to the accidents), OR should it fall under paid time off thru workmans comp?!?

Default Lost Wages and Workers' Compensation

Lost wage benefits don't ordinarily kick in until several days of work are missed. So, after she has been cleared to return to work and in fact does return, missing a few hours for a doctor's appointment every now and then is unlikely to trigger a worker's compensation benefit for lost wages. Your friend should review the specifics of her case with a workers' compensation lawyer.
