Financial Aid Durring Workers Comp Waiting Period of the Legal Process

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Califorina I have been on a workers comp claim for 10 months had back surgery 9 months ago. My Lawyer is good. The practice of "Workers Comp or my Insurance carrier is first denial more waiting ect. ect. in the mean time Im financialy toast to say the least I used to make a decent living! Are there lending companies (really that lend) on workers comp settlements I have tried two no luck so far thanks

yes I do but my new Doctor hasnt released me stable yet

yes I do but my new Dr has not released me yet Workers comp has made an offer my lawyer said to wait it will go higher due to further medical treatment in the mean time this whole thing except for getting my back fixed has been very frustrating to say the least

yes but lawyer said new treating Dr will not release me untill he is certain I am stable

Then you DON'T have a number yet, you just have an offer. You're still receiving TTD benefits, right?
