Car Was Towed for Second Time No Warning at All What Can I Do

I live in a town house in VA and we have two assigned spots to park in. Unfortunitely we have four cars in the household so I had to park in a visitor spot. There are no signs in the entire conmples of where we live explaining towing fees or how long we have to park there or anything. This is the second time this has happened and this time my car wasnt even parked there for 24 hours. What can I do?

Don't park there any more. You're not a visitor. You think after the first time you were towed you'd have learned.
