Are All Misdemeanors Included on a Criminal Record, Including Failure to Yield

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Nevada

In Nevada, failure to yield to a stop sign is a misdemeanor. Most blogs have the opinion that failure to yield will not appear on a criminal record. However, most blogs also state that all misdemeanors are included on a criminal record for life.
Is it possible that something as arguably minor as a "rolling" stop could potentially ruin one's career by giving that person a criminal record?

In mos states a minor traffic offense is treated as a civil infraction, and thus does not appear on your criminal record. In some they're classified as a type of minor misdemeanor that may not appear on your record. If you want to know what's on your criminal record, order a copy. From what I can see I would expect it to go on your criminal record, and to be subject to being sealed after two years.
