Wanting to Move Out of State with Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
I want to move out of state but my 3yr olds daughter's dad doesn't agree. I have Physical custody and we joint Legal custody. I have nothing here going for me.I'm having a hard time finding a job, I've been staying with my parents for the last 3yrs,and I just want to go somewhere where theres jobs. I live in a small city where they want you to be billigual for pretty much every job now.Where I want to move I have a place to live and help.I have 2 other kids to support. My daughters dad thinks I'm taking her away from him which is not the case.I mentioned to him we can always meet half ways which is 3hrs,plus I'll be coming back to visit my family and he can still have his visitations and we can come up with an agreement.What can I do to move?

Where are you planning to move?

If you're struggling, can you let Dad have custody? That way there would be no issue with having to go to court or get Dad's permission.

I'm planning to move 2 NV. I'm not really struggling. I got money saved up.I don't want to leave none of my kids behind. My daughters dad is expecting another baby next month,helping his gf raise her 4 lil girls all under 9yrs old so thats gonna be 5 kids in the house with him just working. I want to move because there are lots of job where I want to move and I already have a place for me and my kids.Also I have other family out there if I ever need extra help..
