Default Child Support Arrearages and Tax Returns from a New Marriage

My question involves marriage law for the State of: Florida

Hello, I'm currently engaged and want to marry my fiance before the years out. Im currently on child support for two other women and have rears and backpay. My question is if I get married will they start taking out child support from her taxes and are we allowed to file our taxes seperately even if we are married? Thanks

yes you can file seperately and need to file that way if you don't want any of her tax assests being touched.
