Default Was I Kidnapped Transported Across State Lines by Bounty Hunters

My question involves criminal law for the state of South Carolina.
I had been waitng years for my trial in S.C.(I live in N.C.) on bond (paid) when 3 bounty hunters from S.C. presented me with a warrant. My bond had been revoked for no aparrent reason. It did not seem to matter to them the warrant had two different bond amounts and only one belonged to me. I was held in custody for 3 months never allowed to see the lawyer that was asigned to my case. I was finally released with no explanation, never had a trial or heard anything further from the courts about my case in 5 years. I have called several times but no one knows anything, they can't find or won't look for the records. It's like none of this ever happend.

If your bond was revoked (no matter how much extraneous paperwork there was) the bounty hunters are given wide leeway to return you to the custody. It's not kidnapping. The rest seems improper, but there's no way at a distance we can tell what happened. Sounds seriously like you missed an appearance while "waiting years for a trial". What happens if you look up your own criminal record in SC?
Any chance the three months you spent in custody was the sentence for the underlying charge?
